Frequently asked questions
What do EN 14450 and EN 1143-1 mean?
They are standards for burglary resistance. Check the certification of the specific model and discuss the required class with your insurer. A class does not automatically guarantee an insured amount.
Is every safe also fire-resistant?
No. Burglary resistance and fire protection are different properties. Check which protection has been tested for the specific model.
Can delivery and anchoring be arranged?
Options depend on the model, weight, address and supplier. Available services and costs must be confirmed before an order is placed.

Who receives your data?
Your message is processed by email. Staff handling your enquiry and service providers for website management, hosting, security and email may access the necessary data. The form does not create a separate submissions database. Hosting, email and backups may nevertheless contain data.
Retention and security
For correspondence, the handling and follow-up of your enquiry determine the retention period. Where a legal obligation or dispute requires further retention, that obligation or dispute determines the continuing need. This also applies to email copies; closing this webpage does not delete your message.
The form uses HTTPS, input validation and a spam trap. An IP reference hashed with a secret key limits repeat submissions for one minute. Hosting and security logs may contain your IP address, time and requested URL.
